Welcome to Debonaire Creative! We are delighted to offer our creative consulting services to help you achieve your business goals. Before you engage with our services, please read our Terms of Service carefully. This website Is operated by Debonaire Creative LTD. Throughout this Site, the terms “We”, “Us” and “Our” refer to Debonaire Creative LTD.


1. Acceptance of Terms
By accessing or using our services, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these terms of service. If you do not agree with these terms, we advise that you do not use our services.


2. Description of Service
Debonaire Creative provides creative consulting services, including but limited to;

  • Creative Direction & Guidance

  • Project Management

  • Personal Styling

  • Marketing Strategies

  • Branding & Rebranding

These services are offered through our website, and are tailored to meet your specific needs, requirements and objectives.


3. Client Responsibilities
Clients must provide accurate information about their business and needs to enable us to deliver effective consulting services. Clients should also communicate their expectations and any changes in requirements promptly, explicitly and in writing via email.

3.1. Scheduled Appointments
We expect all clients to adhere to the scheduled appointments and/or deadlines outline in the project timeline. We ask that you please arrive to your appointment 15 minutes before the schedule time for in-person/onsite appointments, so we can start on time, utilising the designated time slot. For online consultations, we ask that you ensure that your WiFi connection and (if) any technical issues are tested and sorted beforehand so that we can start promptly.

3.1.1 Free Consultations
Debonaire Creative provides first time users (only) with a free 30 minute consultation of 30 minutes. If you are unable to make your free consultation, please give us 24 hours notice, this will allow us to give the slot to another client. Please email us cancel or reschedule your free consultation.

3.2. Lateness
Debonaire Creative has a strict policy on lateness. We understand that things may happen beyond your control but we ask that you give yourself enough time to get to your scheduled appointments on time; as stated in 3.1, would prefer if your time of arrival is 15 minutes before your scheduled appointment. If you are going to be late, please inform us at your earliest convenience.

3.2.1. Lateness for Online Consultations
We provide a grace period of 10 minutes for online consultations (including the free consultations). If you are later than 10 minutes, your appointment will be immediately cancelled and will be asked to reschedule your consultation, (subject to availability).

3.2.2. Lateness for In-person Services (Creative Direction, Project Management & Personal Styling Services)
We provide a grace period of 15 minutes for in-person scheduled appointments. If you are later than 15 minutes your appointment will be immediately cancelled and will be asked to reschedule your appointment, (subject to availability).

3.2.3. Non-Attendance & “No Shows” Penalty Fee
If you do not attend your appointment, both consultations & scheduled appointments without notice, you will be charged 50% the amount charged for your service (*in circumstances when the full amount for your scheduled appointment has been made, half the amount will be refunded back to you; please allow 5-10 working says for refunds to be processed). Notice should be given no less than 24 hours. We understand that no one wants to be out of pocket but we do need to protect our time and services. In some circumstances, the penalty fee may be waived but this is discretionary.


4. Payment & Pricing
Clients agree to pay for services rendered by Debonaire Creative according to the pricing and payment terms agreed upon. All payments must be paid on time, failure to make timely payments may result in a suspension or cancellation of services. Clients will be issued with an invoice and prices are inclusive of VAT (unless stated otherwise). Details of how to make payments will be provided on the invoice issued; payments to be made by bank transfer. Pricing is itemised and is calculated  

4.1. Variation in Schedule of Payment
Payments can be made in the following schedules

  1. Payment in full upon appointment booking (Payment must be made within 3 working days before your appointment. Failure to make payment will result in your appointment being cancelled).

  2. Half of the price on the invoice paid upon appointment booking and half to be paid upon completion of the appointment. (The 2nd half of payment must be made 24 hours before your scheduled appointment). Half payment methods are not available for consultations.

4.2 Refunds & Cancellation
Payments for services are non-refundable unless the services has been cancelled by either the client or Debonaire Creative before services have commenced. If services have already commenced and services are cancelled/terminated, half of the amount on the invoice will be retained to cover costs accrued. *Please refer to clause 8 for Project Management Cancellations.

4.3 Changes to Pricing
Debonaire Creative reserves the right to modify the pricing for its services at any time. Any changes in pricing will be communicated to clients in advance, either through email, a notice on our website, or as otherwise required by applicable law.

4.4 Applicability of Price Changes
Price changes will apply to all new contracts or renewals of existing contracts that occur after the effective date of the new pricing. For existing contracts, the original pricing will remain in effect until the end of the contract and services carried out. The new pricing will apply on new contacts.

4.5 Promotional Pricing
From time to time, Debonaire Creative may offer promotional pricing or discounts. Such promotions are temporary and will not affect the regular pricing of services unless explicitly stated. Once the promotional period ends, services will revert to the standard pricing.

5. Confidentiality
Debonaire Creative will treat all information shared by the client with the utmost confidentiality. We do not disclose any personal data to third parties without prior consent as per our privacy policy.

5.1. Social Media Posts
Though we do not disclose any personal data to third parties without prior consent, acceptance and agreeing to the terms of this services is providing Debonaire Creative with implied consent to use, post content and footage created during our services on our social media platforms. Any footage that you take while undertaking our services can be posted on social media however, Debonaire Creative must be tagged as we reserve all rights as per clause 6 of these Terms of Service. If for any reason you wish for us not to use this footage, please inform us in writing via email. However, if you do not wish for us to post any footage you too cannot post any footage you have taken, (unless you seek permission in writing and consent is provided in writing).

6. Copyright and Content Ownership
All content, ideas and creations produced by Debonaire Creative, including but not limited to written material, graphics, audio and ideation concepts, are the property of Debonaire Creative unless otherwise agreed upon in writing. Clients may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works from the content created without our explicit permission.


7. Limitation of Liability
While we strive to provide the best consulting services possible, Debonaire Creative shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits or revenues. This includes circumstances where the contract is terminated.


8. Termination of Service
Debonaire Creative reserves the right to terminate or suspend service to any client at our discretion, with no later than 24 hours prior notice or liability, for any reason, including breach of the Terms of Service. Nevertheless, we always aim to provide sufficient notice in the circumstances of termination of services. Termination of Services will be provided by written notice.

The client reserves the right terminate/cancel, and must provide a reason for termination of service or cancellation. The client must provide notice of cancellation no later than 3 working days before the schedule appointment. The client must provide notice of cancellation in writing via email. Please note that any termination or cancellation of services without following the correct termination of service policy stipulated in clause 8 of this Terms of Service, will forfeit any payment made. Discretion may be given in unforeseen circumstances.

8.1. Termination or Cancellation of Project Management Services
Our Project Management services require a lot more work, time and resources. Should you need to terminate or cancel services for a project before the start of a project, notice of termination or cancellation must be done within 5 working days before the project is due to start/commence. If in the unforeseen circumstances you need to terminate or cancel the service mid-way of a project, you must do so as soon as possible. Notice of termination must be made in writing to contact@debonairecreative.com (this can be in person if applicable but, must be followed with notice of termination or cancellation in writing with your reasons for termination or cancellation).

8.1.2. Payment due to Cancellation for Project Management Services
In the unforeseen circumstances that you may have to cancel a Project Management service, monies owed or outstanding will be calculated according to demonstrable yet equitable loss.


9. Governing Law
These Terms of Service shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the England & Wales.


10. Changes to Terms
Debonaire Creative reserves the right to update the Terms of Service from time to time. We will notify clients of any changes via email or by posting a notice on our website.
